Architectural design and acoustic design of a new private recording studio for the lead guitarist,

of Fall Out Boy. 

The studio was designed as a fully isolated environment for writing, recording, and mixing—allowing it to be used at any hour without impacting the rest of the home.

A completely decoupled structure was constructed within the existing house, combining rigorous soundproofing with carefully designed acoustic treatments to control both isolation and internal sound quality.

The result is a quiet, durable workspace that supports focused creative work without constraint.
